AP Needs a Kodandaram ?

The turn of events in the state of Telangana is becoming interesting with every day. This is also resulting in some rethink overall regarding the politics of Telugu states that promises more drama in the coming days. A key name which is now heard these days is Prof Kodandaram.

The expected but serious revolt by Telangana JAC against KCR government is creating a furore in the region. With TRS almost wiping out the opposition everyone thought no one can dare to question KCR led government. It is more or less a autocracy in Telangana right now.

But the watchdog role being played by TJAC is very much required in democracy. At the same time even the Chandrababu Naidu led TDP regime in Andhra Pradesh is having its own set of flaws. Given that, he is seriously focusing on wiping out opposition like in Telangana.

The opposition leader and YSRCP boss Jagan tries to exploit the short falls but he fails again immediately. This shows how there is a need for strong opposition in Andhra Pradesh as well. Unless someone can seriously challenge Babu, he won’t mend his ways.
