Diggy Awestruck At KCR’s Lavish Spending

Telangana Congress incharge Digvijaya Singh wondered why Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao spent hundreds of crores of rupees on advertisements and celebrations to mark the second anniversary of Telangana formation day on Thursday .

“I never saw such an expensive state formation day celebrations in any state in my whole 40 year political career,” Digvijaya said. “In two years of TRS rule, only KCR and his family members were benefitted, leaving many farmers committing suicides, youth struggling to get jobs and common man burdened with sky-rocketing prices of essential commodities,” he added.

The Congress leader further said it was the AICC President Sonia Gandhi who granted the statehood for Telangana, recognising the aspirations of the people of the Telangana region. He greeted the state’s people on the occasion of the second formation day.
