Narasimhan treats Telangana as Adopted Son

vh hanumantraoTelangana Congress senior leader VH Hanumantha Rao criticized AP and Telangana Governor ESL Narasimhan for the latter’s undue favours to Andhra Pradesh and the apparent negligence towards Telangana state. He said Narasimhan brought to the notice of the union government the fight on special status by AP people and their plights after the division of state.

VH questioned Narasimhan for maintaining silence on the farmers suicides, agitation against land acquisition at Mallannasagar and other irrigation projects in Telangana in his meeting with Prime minister Narendra Modi. “Why Governor is least bothered about the problems of Telangana people and take care only AP issues.” he asked.

The senior leader also said the Governor treated Telangana as adopted son in every issue, while AP has been given utmost importance. He demanded the union government to appoint a new Governor replacing Narasimhan immediately for the latter’s unilateral decisions.
