Pawan Plays ‘Athma Gouravam’ Card ?

‘Seemandhra Athma Gouravam’, people living in the residual Andhra Pradesh aka Seemandhra must be tired of listening to these phrases from our politicians ever since the Separate Telangana movement.

Even after the state bifurcation, our ‘all talk no action’ leaders continued to exploit the emotions of Seemandhra people in the name of ‘protecting’ their self respect. Looks like the Jana Sena President Pawan Kalyan is the latest to join this bandwagon.

It is already known that Pawan Kalyan will be kicking off his fight for the special status to Andhra Pradesh with a huge meeting on September 9 in Kakinada. The official update from Jana Sena party is that Pawan has named this meeting ‘Seemandhra Athma Gourava Sabha’.

All eyes will be on Pawan’s Kakinada meeting as this is being seen as Pawan’s run up to the 2019 general elections. Pawan’s sincerity and commitment towards realising the dreams of AP people will be under test. Let’s see if Pawan will do justice to the ‘self respect’ card in the coming days.
