Final Say:
As mentioned above Srirastu Subhamastu has a very ordinary plot that has been done to death in numerous films. Also the screenplay doesn’t offer any novelty. However, despite the cliches and lack of novelty, Srirastu Subhamastu clicks because of an entertaining narration. First half of the film is totally dedicated to establish the romance between the lead characters.Conflict of the story is clearly established at the start of the movie and the father and daughter bonding is also shown well to keep things interesting. Parasuram’s direction excelled in emotional scenes in particular, as it strikes a chord with the audience. There are a lot of fun moments as well as emotional highs in the film that makes it a good one time watch.
Srirastu Subhamastu may not impress people that look for novel plot, but for others it will surely give their ticket’s worth of entertainment. Sirish has come a long way as an actor and is growing in confidence with each film. Made on a decent budget, Srirastu Subhamastu has enough moments to be a successful one at the box office. It will appeal to the family audiences more which should play key role in its success.
