Katamarayudu Posters: Just Slippers & Lungies!

The second poster of the ‘Katamarayudu poster series’ was unveiled a while ago. Much to the shock of the makers, the posters are being treated with heavy trolling.

When film’s producer Sharrath Marar had announced that Katamarayudu first look would be unveiled on New Year, fans went crazy and trended ‘New Year with Katamarayudu’ on social media to prove how eager they were. Next, Marar further raised the curiosity bar by announcing that they will release a poster a day, 4 posters in total, leading to the big surprise on New Year.

When the first of the promised posters was released on Dec 28, it was met with mixed response. Nothing but the actor’s slippers and lungi were shown in it. While antis trolled it, fans of Pawan (probably reluctantly) embraced and trended it.

But, after the second poster was unveiled on 29 Dec, even the ardent fans of Pawan couldn’t take it. The same poster has been released, showing the same slippers and lungi from another angle.

Fans wonder if two more angles of the same poster would be unveiled in the coming days in the name of poster series. Some complain that even fans would lose curiosity on the project with this kind of senseless campaign.
