Guru 1st Weekend: Fantastic!

Senior hero Venkatesh’s latest release ‘Guru’ has performed exceptionally well over the first weekend.

Factors such as the film’s genre and limited release didn’t stop the sports drama from raking in superb numbers. As per trade reports, Guru has collected a share of Rs 8 Cr and grossed Rs 13 Cr at worldwide box office.

As there is no competitor at box office, not even Katramarayudu, Guru can take advantage of the summer holidays. Next week release, Cheliyaa is seemingly a multiplex targeted film so Guru will have another week of unopposed run until Varun Tej’s ‘Mister’ hits screens on 13th April.
