A Hero, Two Directors And Their Friendship

Friendship- this is not a small word and the likes of some Telugu directors and heroes have proved it many times. Now, we have hero Nikhil, his two friends Sudhir Varma and Chandu Mondeti, who are giving some friendship goals to others.

Actually after debuting with super hit Nikhi’ls “Swamy Ra Ra”, director Sudhir Varma suffered a massive stroke with “Dochay” and then he got Nikhil on board. If not a good friend, definitely Nikhil wouldn’t have given the dates. And then there is Chandu Mondeti whose debut is “Karthikeya” that features Nikhil in the lead. This director then carved out the remake of “Premam” and got films with the likes of Varun Tej on board. But with nothing materialising, he’s also making his next film with Nikhil only, which would be none other than Karthikeya 2. This is also happening due to friendship mainly, while good content is also there.

Talking about such a good equation, director Sudhir Varma shared, “We met during the shooting of a film which happened three years before Happy Days. I and Chandu are working in direction department, while Nikhil is roped to play hero’s brother character. Though the film got shelved later, our friendship continued to blossom”. Even Chandu Mondeti also adds, “without Nikhil, today I’ll not be standing here as a director”.

Nikhil and Sudhir’s latest movie “Keshava” released other day to average reviews but good openings.
