Now that Telugu’s pride and sensational ‘Baahubali: The Conclusion’ has emerged as India’s biggest film, the next big talking item is out there. Who should be the heroine in Prabhas’ Saaho? and Who is Rajamouli’s next hero? – are two questions everyone is talking about and several Bollywood sites ran this poll to get an opinion from fans.Although it was quite tough to track down on the filmmaker’s next project, audiences gave a massive thumps up to Bollywood’s hot lady Katrina Kaif to romance Prabhas in Sahoo. Giving Katrina 49% of votes in a popular website’s poll, fans clearly hinted they’re hoping to see ‘Sheela Ki Jawaani’ with Prabhas on the silver screen.

While Katrina topped list of five beauties, Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra took the second and third spots with 36% and 9% votes. Kareena Kapoor Khan and Kangana Ranaut were almost ignored with a measly 4% and 2% votes respectively.Saaho is being helmed by Sujith Sign, of ‘Run Raja Run’ fame. The film will have its release in four languages- Telugu, Tamil, Hindi and Malayalam. To speak about Rajamouli’s next venture, there’ve been several speculations about his next hero. Although the master man hasn’t confirmed on what kind of film he’ll be working on, media wanted to generate something from the polls. Apparently, fans want him to direct Superstar Rajinikanth as his phenomenon is second to none.

Also, while speaking to BBC in London, the ace filmmaker was quizzed whether he’d be directing Rajinikanth. He stated, ‘Rajini is humanity personified. He’s huge star in India and people die to watch his films. To make a movie with him, I need to strive for a proper script. That means a right script should drive to make a film with him and satisfy his fan base.’ After watch Baahubali, Superstar hailed it as ‘masterpiece’ and took to Twitter saying ‘Baahubali 2…Indian cinema’s pride..My salutes to God’s own child Rajamouli and his team!!’

All other polls ran by Telugu websites are led by NTR Jr, Mahesh Babu and Pawan Kalyan. Affirmatively, fans want Rajamouli to direct his next with one of these popular Tollywood stars in the lead.
