Shruthi Hassan like many participated but ended up getting trolled. She posted her ten years back picture and her latest side-by-side.In both of them, her nose is found to be altered and different. So, the rumours of her getting a rhinoplasty, plastic surgery to alter nose and lips, have been unwittingly confirmed by her with the photos.

Even her fans trolled her for this. She seems to be taking them all in her stride as she did not react but the trolling levels have been unprecedented about her surgery and changes in these 10 years!
