No ‘Adult’ Tag for Sperm ‘DONORudu’!!

Actor Sumanth’s upcoming film ‘Naruda DONORuda’ has completed its censor formalities and was awarded a U/A certificate from the Censor Board.

Sumanth is playing a sperm donor in the film and the content shown in the trailer also has some quirky and naughty dialogues as well as scenes. With this view, it was expected that the film might receive A (only for Adults) certificate. But, luckily the romantic comedy has reportedly been cleared by the Censor Board with U/A certificates after suggesting minor cuts.

It may be noted that the film’s original version, hit Bollywood film Vicky Donor (2012) was also awarded U/A certificate.

Sumanth hopes that the film will become a big hit at the box office and bring him back in form. The film’s theatrical trailer has already caught the attention of movie goes with makers keeping the soul of Vicky Donor intact. Tanikella Bharani is playing a key role in the film having Pallavi Subhash as the heroine. Mallik Ram is making his directorial debut with this movie, for which the music is scored by Sricharan Pakala.

The film’s release date is yet to be announced.
