Sudeep Put DJ in Sleeping Mode?

After scoring his career’s biggest commercial hit with ‘Sarrainodu’, Bunny has announced his next project, DJ – Duvvada Jagannadham in the direction of Harish Shankar. Although the final script was locked long back, the film has not yet gone on floors.

As per latest reports, although everything was in place, the unavailability of the film’s cinematographer was the reason for the film not going on to floors.

Continuing the trend of importing cinematographers, Bunny has this time opted for a renowned Bollywood cinematographer, Sudeep Chatterjee for DJ. It may be noted that this acclaimed Bollywood craftsman has earlier cranked camera for films like Chak De India, Guzaarish, Dhoom 3, Bajirao Mastani etc.

Chatterjee’s most recent film is Hrithik Roshan’s new film ‘Kaabil’. The film’s shooting has finished just the other day and the same was confirmed by Hrithik’s father and film’s producer Rakesh Roshan. The unit of DJ has reportedly been waiting all this long for Chatterjee to finish Kaabil and come on board to shoot DJ. As he has finally become free, latest reports reveal that DJ will go on floors on 20th of this month.

To be produced by Dil Raju, DJ will have ‘Mukunda’ fame Pooja Hegde romancing Bunny.
